Below a ChatGPT response, separate from the answer. OpenAI says each ad has your advertiser name, favicon, a title, a short description, an image and your landing page.
Who sees it
OpenAI says ads are not shown on Plus, Pro or Business plans, or to accounts identified as under 18. So you reach the free and Go tiers.
How you pay
Views (per 1,000), Clicks, or Conversions (still billed per click or per view). OpenAI suggests starting click bids at USD 3 to 5.
Who can buy
OpenAI’s availability page lists both the United Arab Emirates and India as available for self-serve. The business that is billed must be based in a listed country, and some new accounts can only target their home country at first.
What it costs
This is new, so there are few public numbers. Early reports (mostly US tests) put ChatGPT ads at about USD 25 to 65 per 1,000 views and USD 1.72 to 9.89 per click. The minimum daily budget in Ads Manager is AED 65 or ₹725.
